Problem

Solution

The data or the view elements are not displayed properly.

Check your Internet browser version.

This software works best with the following browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11 and the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari (on iPad). If you are using an earlier version, some features may not be displayed correctly.

Check that cookies are enabled for the Internet browser.

Check that Adobe Flash Player is installed, version 10 or later.

PDF report is not displayed.

Check that Adobe Acrobat® Reader® is installed (version 9 or later).

Excel reports are not displayed.

Check that Microsoft Excel® is installed (version 2007 or later).

The forecast data is not displayed at all.

The forecast is typically provided in certain times of the day. Before that time the forecast data is not displayed. Check the times from your forecast provider.

If the forecast is not displayed when it should, contact your forecast provider for troubleshooting instructions.

The data set displayed in forecasts typically differs from the observations data sets. Check from your forecast provider what data should be included.

Observation data is missing.

If the most recent data for a station is older than 3 hours, the station will not be shown in Station Summary.

Empty column means there is no sensor for that parameter in the station.

Archived data is missing.

Some data will only be available for a limited time period. For example, camera images might only be stored for a few months, depending on the data retention policy.

Data is missing from PDF report.

Some data will only be available for a limited time period. For example, camera images and map layers might only be stored for a few months, depending on the data retention policies used.

There are grey values in the Station Summary View columns.

Data is old: the most recent data from that station is older than 1 hour 15 minutes.

The station markers in Map View are black.

Station fault has been identified. Contact maintenance.

The station markers in Map View are grey.

Station does not report the selected status, but is working properly.

Map View displays the map of another region.

Click the Reset icon in the zoom tools to refresh the Map View with the correct map of the region.

Station is not displayed in one of the Views.

The (sub)group of stations selected for viewing may not include the station in question. Select another group from the drop-down list in the application header, when available.
