To access the Help pages, click the Help
button in the application toolbar.
The Help pages are displayed in a separate browser tab or browser window, depending on your browser settings. You can resize the Help window to view it next to the software window.
If the list of contents is not displayed in the side panel, click the Contents button at the top of the page.
The list of
contents in the side panel displays initially only the main topics.
To show more topics, click the topic headings marked with .
Open a topic by clicking the topic name in the list of contents. The Help topic is highlighted in the list and its contents are displayed on the right.
To reveal more space for the Help text, you
can close the contents panel by clicking the button
at the top of the panel.
To open the contents panel again, click the Contents button.
To navigate between the Help pages, do one of the following:
Click on the
links in the navigation path at the top of the topic:
Use the Back button of your internet browser.
Click on the underlined words that function as hyperlinks between pages. For example, every topic has a list of related topics at the bottom of the page.
Use the contents panel. See Browsing the Contents.
Some images in the online help have a tooltip help text. These images are marked with the following text:

Move the mouse pointer over the different parts of the image to see the help text for the application parts, for example:
The tooltip box disappears after a while. To display it again, move the mouse pointer over another part of the image or outside the image borders, and then back at the original place.
NOTE: This online help covers only some typical standard options and selections, for example, for items that you can select from lists. Depending on your organization and your user rights in the organization, you may have customer-specific options available that are not covered in this online help.
